Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.
To start a return, you must contact us at orders@renourish.ag. Returns must be approved by us in advance. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding how and where to send the item. We are not responsible for items returned without authorization or items lost or damaged in return transit.

Damages and issues
Any claim relating to a product, shipment, shortage, damage, defect, or incorrect item must be made in writing within 14 days after delivery, or the claim is waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
At our sole discretion, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the exclusive remedy for any approved claim relating to damaged, defective, or incorrect product shall be either:
replacement of the specific product, or
refund of the amount actually paid for that specific product.


Under no circumstances shall any remedy include reimbursement for shipping, labor, application costs, crop loss, plant loss, lost profits, consequential damages, incidental damages, or any other damages or expenses beyond the value of the specific product at issue, to the fullest extent permitted by law.


We may require photographs, lot numbers, proof of purchase, description of the issue, and any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim before approving any remedy.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sales are otherwise final except as expressly stated in this policy or as required by applicable law.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
opened or used products
products not in original packaging
products returned without prior authorization
products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, improper handling, or improper application
custom products, special-order items, or personalized items
sale items
gift cards
hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
any item for which proof of purchase cannot be provided


Because fertilizer and related soil products may be sensitive to storage, handling, contamination, moisture, and environmental conditions after delivery, we reserve the right to refuse any return of any opened, used, or compromised product.

Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. If we approve a return, then at our sole discretion we may either replace the product or issue a refund of the amount paid for that specific product, as described above.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.


Refunds


If we approve a refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any refund is limited strictly to the amount actually paid for the specific product approved for return or claim. No refund will be issued for any other costs, losses, or damages of any kind.
If we approve a replacement, that replacement fully satisfies our obligations with respect to the claim.
